Trisha Paytas is pregnant again after an infertility struggle – confirming her daughter Malibu Barbie is set to become a big sister.
Trisha and husband Moses Hacmon welcomed their first child in September 2022, and have been trying for another baby throughout 2023. Trisha said there have been plenty of “false, negative” tests – but finally one turned positive.
The YouTube personality and Big Brother star announced the good news via TikTok, confirming she’s already got a name in mind for the new baby. In an adorable clip, Malibu posed in a jumper that read: “Big Sister” as Trisha held her hands, with the caption: “We are pregnant again!! And name reveal!”

Speaking over the clip of the pair walking together, Trisha said: “Hey guys! The news is finally out, Malibu Barbie is officially going to be a big sister! We are pregnant with baby number two. I’m officially in my second trimester and baby number two will be here May 2024.
“We couldn’t be more excited. I found out October 3rd that I was pregnant after many, many false, negative pregnancy tests, they turned positive. There’s always hope.”
She then shared a clip from her ultrasound, explaining: “This is from our second ultrasound where we could see the baby had legs and arms, and I was just absolutely ecstatic. Here’s our little family of four coming very, very soon.”
Trisha then went on to confirm that despite not knowing the sex of the baby, the pair have already decided on an adorable name.
“We did already announce the baby’s name is going to be Elvis. While we don’t know the gender yet, boy or girl, we are having baby Elvis and we couldn’t be more excited. I was super happy to do this shoot with Malibu because we had such a great year with her and I can’t wait to expand our family next year.”
The star added: “She’s such a sweet little girl full of happiness, life and light. She’s super caring, she’s super gentle, and she’s just so fun. I know she’s going to be the best big sister ever. We are overjoyed. Thank you for all the love – yay!”

In another clip, she shared snaps of her ultrasound and the positive pregnancy test with the caption: “Everyone announcing their 2024 pregnancies!” Trisha’s bump was visible under a fuzzy pink jumper as she posed with Malibu Barbie and Moses in a sweet video.
