Emmerdale stars Charley Webb and Matthew Wolfenden have recently sparked split fears but it looks as if they could be reuniting.

The couple have been together for 15 years but fans have recently been worried the pair's union could be in jeopardy. Fans also noticed that Matthew had unfollowed his wife Charley which fuelled the split rumours.

However, now the actor has refollowed the actress again, which could mean the pair are back on. However, he has not liked or commented on any of her content for over a year.

A source told The Sun: “Charley and Matthew were in very different places in their lives when they first got together. Three kids later and with new careers in the mix, everything has changed and perhaps they are no longer the unit they once were."

The pair have been together for 15 years

The pair first met on the job back in 2007 and two years later they got engaged in 2009. It has not always been plain sailing though as they parted ways in 2013 for two years.

Charley and Matthew then surprised fans once more by tying the knot with a surprise wedding in 2018. They share three sons together, Buster, Bowie and Ace.

Matthew recently quit Emmerdale

Earlier this year, Matthew sacked in his Emmerdale role after 18 years of playing David Metcalfe on the soap. He has since been rehearsing for his new role in Elf the Musical. Since leaving Emmerdale two years ago and the role of Debbie Dingle, Charley's career has also been on the up with her recently starring on the ITV drama The Long Shadow.

Fans hope they're back on again

Charley has since become pally with fellow actress Sheridan Smith, who sources have reported has been a great support for her during this time. Last week, Matthew also appeared on ITV's Loose Women where he spoke about the pair's gruelling schedules. He also confessed that his parents have had to chip in more than ever to help look after their three kids.
