Guns N’ Roses frontman Axl Rose is accused of sexual assault and battery in relation to an incident dating back to 1989.

Court documents seen by Daily Star allege that the star “used his fame, status, and power as a celebrity and performer in the music industry to gain access to manipulate, control, and violently sexually assault [the victim]."

He allegedly met her at a nightclub before inviting her back to his hotel room, but it is claimed he wouldn’t allow her friend along as he allegedly said she was “not hot enough”. He is accused of providing “cocaine, champagne and alcohol” before “push[ing her] against the wall and kiss[ing] her”. The survivor claims Axl may have also been taking lithium at the time.

She alleges she soon found herself in Axl's bedroom, watching him begin kissing and having "aggressive" sex with the other model. The survivor claims she went through to Rachtman's bedroom, where she heard the "sounds of glass shattering" and "objects being thrown".

Rachtman allegedly warned the survivor: "It's going to get bad", before she says she heard Rose storming down the hallway, entering the room and yelling at her, claiming he was "furious".

She alleged Rose "loomed threateningly over her, blocking her exit", before "grabbing [her] by her robe" and claims he "knocked her to the floor in the hallway".

Documents says the victim alleges Axl "dragged her by the hair back to his bedroom", which caused her "knees to bleed from scraping on the rug". Back in the bedroom, Rose allegedly “tied up her hands with pantyhose and sexually assault[ed] her”. The victim says she never consented, and claims Rose did not use a condom.

The survivor alleges Rose "physically stopped her from leaving", and "treated her like property". She also claims she felt "overpowered" and had "no escape or exit", worried he would "physically attack her" if she attempted to push him away.
