Coronation Street star Ryan Prescott left behind the grey skies of Manchester and jetted off to sunny California – but luckily it's not for good.
The soap actor, who plays Ryan Connor on the ITV soap, appears to have already left after telling his friends in the US he'd "miss" them. He shared a number of snaps of his time under the Californian sun.
From the photos, it looks like Ryan had a great time, as he could be seen with his friends in the sprawling deserts. Ryan shared a number of photos of the scenery too, which looked like something from a movie set.

Other photos were more green, as Ryan spent some time in a forest full of towering trees, too. He also headed to the beach, because who could go to California and not go to the beach?
In the caption, he said: "Thank you to the most amazing group of people that never fail to make me feel so welcome and still part of the family, after years have passed. It's like picking up exactly where we all left off. Will miss you guys x."
Fans were loving the photos, with one person commenting: "You look so happy." Another said: "Glad you're all happy. These pics are amazing. Looks the best time."
A third said: "Amazing, you are stunning." And another added: "Looks like you've had a fab time."
Ryan has been on Coronation Street since he took over the role of Ryan Connor in 2018. The character was played by Ben Thompson between 2006 and 2010, and then Sol Heras from 2012 to 2013.
In recent months, Ryan has had some major storylines. He was the unintended victim of an acid attack earlier this year.

He has also been getting close to Daisy Midgeley, who has been in a relationship with Daniel Osbourne. However at the start of the month, Daisy ended their affair.
Of course, things in soap land are never so cut and dry. Will Daisy and Ryan end up back together, or will Ryan move on with someone who is actually available?
