Josie Gibson is already regretting signing up to be a campmate on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!
Ahead of her jungle debut on Sunday night, the presenter said: "I know I have taken on challenges for This Morning in the past but I don’t know if I’ve taken on too much here. It’s all becoming very real. I am dreading the insects and it’s my biggest phobia.
"I also don’t like spiders and I freeze normally when I see one. My family thinks I am mad doing the programme too as they know what I’m like with creepy crawlies!"

Josie has touched down in Australia meaning This Morning will be losing another presenter – albeit temporarily. She refused to confirm she was in Australia for I'm A Celebrity as she landed Down Under. She said: "I'm really excited to be here in Australia, I have never been here before.
"What am I scared of? I'm here for a weight loss retreat so I don't know what you're talking about." The former Big Brother winner seemed in good spirits as she was greeted by a chaperone in the airport. She had a trolley-full of luggage too – though will soon be swapping it for a basic set of jungle khakis.
Josie follows in the footsteps of plenty of ITV daytime stars who have done I'm A Celebrity, including close friend and This Morning co-star Alison Hammond. Gino D'Acampo is another This Morning regular who has not only starred in the jungle, but be crowned winner.
With Josie in Australia, This Morning is down another presenter, following the exits of both Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby this year. Of course, Josie won't be gone forever. Speaking of her co-presenter Craig Doyle, Josie said: "Craig is so nice, I think he is with Cat Deeley on Wednesday and then Rylan too. So, make sure you don't miss it!"
Other names on the 2023 series line-up include ex-EastEnders star Danielle Harold, First Dates star Fred Sirieix, Made In Chelsea's Sam Thompson, and JLS singer Marvin Humes. Boxer Tony Bellew, Britney's sister Jamie Lynn Spears, Hollyoaks actor Nick Pickard and MasterChef star Grace Dent finish the rumoured line-up.
I'm A Celebrity.. Get Me Out of Here! returns to ITV1 and ITVX on Sunday, November 19 at 9pm
