Richard Madeley has revealed he'll never return to the gruelling ITV reality show he was forced to quit two years ago.
The 67-year-old television presenter had his time cut short when he took part in I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! in 2021 after he was taken to hospital after coming down with a sudden illness. However, he has confirmed that he has no interest in returning to hit series.
During Monday's (October 30) episode of Good Morning Britain, Richard was back on presenting duty with Kate Garraway. The dynamic duo chatted to entertainment reporter Richard Arnold about their time on I'm A Celeb as they discussed the latest line-up rumours for the 2023 series.

As Richard revealed that politician Nigel Farage is the latest showbiz name tipped to be heading to the Australian jungle, Kate turned to Richard Madeley and asked if he would return after his first time on the show didn't go to plan.
Shutting down Kate, Richard replied: "No, I think it's a thing you do the one time." Katie later told viewers that Richard has given his "confirmation" that he won't be on the programme this year.
After falling ill and being forced to leave the I'm A Celebrity castle early two years ago, Richard issued a statement which read: "Hello all! "Richard here – firstly just to say that I’m absolutely FINE. I started to feel briefly unwell in the small hours of the morning and was taken to hospital as a precaution. By leaving the camp, I had consequently broken the Covid ‘bubble’ and as such I’ve had to leave the castle and all the wonderful celebs that remain in the camp.
"Obviously I’m gutted to be leaving so soon but the safety of all the campmates is the number one priority. I’m incredibly excited to watch their journey continue…even more so at the prospect of being somewhere a little warmer than Gwrych Castle."
"Thank you to everyone who supported me on my brief but completely unforgettable adventure – I’ve made some great friends and honestly had the time of my life. Speak soon, Richard x".
