Kate Middleton paid her respects to soldiers lost in battle earlier today, while wearing a pair of earrings previously owned by the late Queen Elizabeth II.
While observing the two minute's silence at the Cenotaph for Remembrance Sunday, the 41-year-old caught the attention of eagle-eyed royalists, who noticed the tribute to the former monarch.
The Princess of Wales, who dressed in all-black, opted to accessorise with a pair of pearl and diamond leaf earrings that once belonged to her grandmother-in-law.

The luxurious studs are supposedly part of a brooch and earring set that Queen Elizabeth treasured and were subsequently passed down to her granddaughter-in-law.
Kate appeared in an emotional state, wiping away the tears, as she listened to the names of the men who gave their lives in a bid to help future generations.
The jewellery she showcased, while wearing a hat with a wide brim, has become a particular favourite of hers. The wife of the air apparent previously wore the brooch at the Queen's funeral in 2022 and during an appearance in Belgium in 2017.
However, the item of jewellery's first public appearance came back in 1999 during the former Queen's appearance in South Korea.
Kate generated headlines at today's service by wearing three poppies. And while the official reason for this has not been confirmed, experts have suggested several theories.
Some claim that she does it in homage to the three services, which are, the navy, army and airforce, while others are confident that it's to honour family members who sadly perished while fighting for our country.
Kate's great-grandmother tragically lost three brothers during the First World War.
In addition, the mother-of-three showed off her silver Fleet Air Arm brooch, which was awarded to her when she received the title of Commodore-in-chief of the Fleet Air Arm earlier this year.
And to top of her glamourous look, she styled her hair in a chic updo, which sat underneath her Phillip Treacy hat, that dazzled her adoring followers.
