A hysterical flyer was branded “possessed” by airline passengers as she screamed and spider crawled over seats... mid-flight.

The passenger had a meltdown aboard a Frontier Airlines flight between Houston and Denver, allegedly turning a three-hour flight into six, after being forced to drop her off in Dallas. A video of the escapade surfaced on Reddit on Sunday, captioned, “my little sister’s first experience flying by herself on Frontier”.

Staff and other travellers were spotted trying to keep her under control as she wailed and flailed her arms. “Stop pulling on my arm,” the woman shrieked, as she dropped a number of F-bombs in the outburst.

All of a sudden, the woman sprung up like a cat onto the top of the seats and she clambered across the aisle above panicked passengers. “Stop blocking me,” the the agitated lady screamed into the faces of disgruntled flight attendants.

Another traveller, wearing a beanie, is recorded saying that she’s a “real devil that wants to kill each and every one of y’all, including your family members”. She added: “That’s not her, she’s possessed! She needs help!”

All the while, staff tried their best to keep passengers calm, and urged others to take the seats. To help cut the tension and ward off evil spirits, the woman in the beanie sung a hymn while flight attendants struggled to keep the frantic woman under control.

And Reddit users lost their minds at the clip as they brand it like something out of a horror film and “one of the most insane flight freak-outs to date”.

“That freaking Samara crawl as she climbs over the top of the seat,” one person commented. “That was creepy spider walking across the seats looking like the chick from the Ring. Nope,” another quipped.

The video comes to an abrupt conclusion with a police officer on the plane allegedly leading the poorly behaved flyer off at Dallas.
