A fight for the hottest striker in Europe is reportedly on the cards between four Premier League clubs.

Serhou Guirassy has scored an incredible 13 goals in seven Bundesliga games for Stuttgart this season, 14 in eight if you factor in the German Cup. In those eight games, the Guinea international has only failed to find the net once.

Guirassy has two hat-tricks already, with the most recent coming in the 3-1 home win over Wolfsburg on Saturday. The 27-year-old has netted a brace in three games against Bochum, Freiburg and Darmstadt.

Guirassy’s goal have been instrumental to Stuttgart’s flying start to the season, which saw them enter the international break second in the table, even ahead of Harry Kane’s Bayern Munich. Leverkusen are the early leaders, one point clear of Stuttgart and two ahead of Bayern.

His form has naturally attracted the attention of clubs around Europe, most specifically the English top flight. According to 90min, scouts from West Ham and Brentford have been to watch him in action while Crystal Palace and Bournemouth have also been credited with an interest.

However, those clubs could be blown out of the water financially by the Saudi Pro League, where he reportedly has several admirers as well. Guirassy presumably won’t come cheap as he signed a three-year contract with Stuttgart in the summer following a successful loan spell from French club Rennes.

He has spent his career up to now in France and Germany with previous spells at Laval, Lille, Auxerre, Koln and Amiens. Guirassy was a youth international for France before deciding to represent the country of his parents, Guinea, at international level, making his senior debut against South Africa in March 2022.
