A woman was left mortified after she realised why people couldn't stop staring at her 'nude' beach outfit.

Gina, who posts as @gina_flowerpowerholistic, decided to take a trip to the coast to soak up some sun and sea. But, she certainly will not be forgetting this day at the seaside anytime soon.

The wellness enthusiast took to TikTok to discuss the awkward moment she experienced back in 2021 that caused her to get a number of 'strange stares' at the time.

In the clip, Gina first shared a selfie where only her chest upwards could be seen. The beauty rocked a bare-face, braided her blonde tresses into pigtails and finished the holiday look with a floppy straw hat.

But her super stylish beachwear turned out to be less trend-setting and more of a fashion faux pas. Gina then revealed the rest of her outfit which certainly would cause people to do a double take.

"Fail...wearing a nude dress and bikini and walking to the beach wondering why I got strange stares," she admitted. In the smiley photo, the stunner posed in a nude crochet dress that exposed some of her body underneath. Although she was wearing a bikini with the cover-up, the whole outfit blended in with her skin - making it look as if Gina was starkers!

On reflection, Gina has now realised why she was getting so many odd looks. Users fled to the comments to giggle at the wardrobe "fail" whereas others questioned how Gina didn't notice the issue with the outfit. One person wrote: "You didn't know?"

Gina responded that she had "no idea" until she exited the Uber and headed to the beach. Another user added: "I don't see it! What's the problem?"
