Molly Ava isn't afraid to discuss body positivity on social media where she's garnered 346,000 fans. The gym bunny usually delights with her workouts and chats about nutrition too.

The 23-year-old, from Bournemouth, recently shared a snap from her bulking progress. Molly is on week nine of the new regime and the results are showing!

She revealed she was in week nine of her bulk and gave fans an insight into her progress. Molly wrote: "Week nine. Goal: Bulking. Posed and relaxed as always.

"Post food increase I saw my weight jump up a bit, as always, I just remind myself there's lots of factors that could impact this eg. Being unwell, period starting etc

"So food stays the same, and it's the mindset that needs to shift, it can take a while to get my head away from the 'deficit' headspace and into the space to PUSH.

"4 days now until I'm off to LA for a proper deload and I can't wait."

She ended the post by revealing her goals for the week, which include eight hours sleep and to be a "productive boss". Molly also encouraged fans to get in touch if they need fitness advice.

Followers rushed to the comments section to praise her for the hard work. The upload garnered over 2,400 likes in the space of three days.

Recently the influencer shared the reality behind bikini snap to show the power of posing and good lighting. She uploaded two snaps captioned "my 1%" and "my 99%".
